Most Mercedes Benz Parts are covered for 24 months from the Original Purchase date for any manufacturer defect.(Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect).

 If you feel as though your part has failed due to a Manufacturer Defect, You have 2 options.
(1) If you take the Vehicle to your nearest Authorized Mercedes Benz Dealership with your receipt showing you purchased from a Mercedes Benz Dealer and they find that the Part has failed due to manufacturer defect, they will install another. The Cost of the part and Dealer Labor will be covered under Mercedes Benz's spare parts warranty, Call your local dealer to confirm, Contact us so we can send you a copy of our Mercedes Benz Dealer invoice on file for you,
(2) You can send the Defective part back to us, and if after inspection of the part it is found that the part failed due to manufacture defect and is the same part we shipped, we will send a replacement part.
